discussion Ziggo ISP and network reorganization

Hi! I was wondering if there are any members here in the forum that would be interested in consulting on a home network setup. A friend of mine who lives in NL needs some assistance in having its USW 24 + 3 APs working with Ziggo with decent speeds. I believe there is some sort of double-NAT going on, even though the network that was created in the controller and associated to the WiFi networks is a third-party gateway type network.

Since I am remote there isn't much I can do. If someone in the forum does consultancy and wants the gig, please let me know and I'll put you in contact with the person.

It's a simple setup of Ziggo + UCK + 3 APs + 24 PoE switch

Your friend does not have a Unifi router so nothing to do with double NAT. Probably wrong WiFi settings.
Just let your friend contact the forum in Dutch and enough people will be willing to help.

Be aware that the black ziggo modem only has one 2.5 speed port. So that is worth checking.
